摘　　要：本文通过匹配水务规制改革与居民幸福感的微观调查数据,运用顺序Probit模型对它们之间的关系进行了经验研究,评估了政府规制改革对居民幸福感的影响。研究发现:(1)政府水务规制改革对居民幸福感的提升具有积极影响,但价格规制呈现倒U型影响;(2)政府水务规制改革对居民幸福感的影响均具有明显的异质性,二者对城市居民的影响更大;(3)水务规制改革主要是通过影响水价来影响居民的主观幸福感。In this paper, we are the first to empirically study the relationship between water In- dustry regulatory reform and residents＇ happiness by using the Ordered Probit model, and evaluated the influence of government regulation reform on the residents＇ happiness, which is based on the mi- cro data. The study shows that water regulatory reform on promotion of residents＇ happiness had pos- itive influence, but price regulation presented inverted U type; the effects between water reform and residents＇ happiness had obvious heterogeneity, both ones had been greater urban residents; water regulatory reform mainly influenced residents＇ happiness by water regulatory impact on price.
