产业链视角下太阳能光伏企业竞争情报需求分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]通过对我国光伏企业的竞争情报需求进行调查,以期了解我国光伏企业竞争情报需求的特点和规律,希望能够为构建全产业链竞争情报服务体系以及有针对性地提供竞争情报产品和服务提供参考和支撑。[方法/过程]通过对51家光伏企业的调研,从产业链视角出发,针对光伏企业的竞争情报需求特别是技术竞争情报需求情况以及企业获取竞争情报的渠道等进行统计分析。[结果/结论]通过分析发现,因光伏产业属于技术密集型,光伏企业整体对技术竞争情报的需求程度最高,而在技术竞争情报中,对于国家相关技术扶持政策需求程度最高;从产业链环节来看,不同产业环节的光伏企业对竞争情报需求强度与其所处产业链环节相关,上、中、下游企业分别对技术、竞争对手、市场的需求程度最高;在情报获取渠道上,光伏企业在获取情报信息渠道的选择上较为单一,以网络等非正式渠道为主。[ Purpose/Significance ] This paper investigates the competitive intelligence demand of photovoltaic enterprises to understand the characteristics and laws of the demand. The research result can help build the whole industry chain competitive intelligence service system and the competitive intelligence agencies can provide products and services more effectively. [ Method/Process ] We investigate 51 photovoltaic enterprises from the industrial chain view and analyze the competitive intelligence demand, especially the competitive techno- logical intelligence demand（CTI）,and the collection channel. [ Result/Conclusion] Through the analysis, we find that the highest de- mand for competitive intelligence of photovoltaic industry is technology information ; the highest demand for the competitive technical intelligence is national support policies. The different roles that the enterprises play in the industrial chain influence the need of the competitive intelligence; the channel to obtain the intelligence information is simple and the enterprises are mostly based on the informal channels such as the Interact.
