摘　　要：[目的/意义]企业专利对技术价值链上下游企业专利的引用关系中蕴含着技术的衔接与合作,而由于上下游的企业往往分属不同行业,因此,跨行业的专利引用行为应该是企业成功嵌入技术链实现价值增值的信号。[方法/过程]以2014年世界500强企业专利为案例,统计各企业专利被引情况,计算各企业"跨行业专利引用率"并将之与企业排名进行相关性分析。[结果/结论]发现在17个制造业行业中的13个行业内,"跨行业专利引用率"与企业排名之间表现出显著的相关性:排名越前的企业其"跨行业专利引用率"越高。此发现实证了"跨行业专利引用率"这一指标对专利价值的正面评价意义。基于此,提出了在专利引文分析指标体系中补充"跨行业专利引用率"这一计量指标的建议。[ Purpose/Significance ] Enterprises＇ patents citation of the patents of upstream ＆ downstream enterprises among the technical value chain always involves different industries, which implies the technical joint and cooperation. And cross-industry citation is supposed to be the signal of enterprises; successful linking into the technical chain and achieving value added. [ Method/Process] This paper conducts a case study on global 500 of 2014,counting their patents citation and computing their ＂cross-industry patent citation rate＂. [ Result/Conclusion] We find that cross-industry patent citation and enterprise value are significantly related to each other in 13 of 17 manufacturing industries. The higher the firm＇s ranking, the higher the finn＇s ＂cross-industry patent citation rate＂ is. This discovery proves that the ＂cross-industry patent citation rate＂ is a positive evaluation indicator of patent value. And it is suggested that the ＂cross-industry patent citation rate＂ be added to the patent citation analysis system.
