摘 要:以淮南市山南新区水系整治及规划项目为例,分析了城市支流水系治理和改造在城市建设中的重要性、面临的问题,以及具体的规划内容、设计要素和实施措施,并对实施情况做了简要介绍。提出城市水系规划和建设应充分利用自然资源,采用恰当的技术手段,兼顾防洪排涝、生态修复、景观园林配置、地域文化的塑造和传承等多目标综合治理,使水系作为城市的重要资源发挥全方位的积极作用。Taking the water system renovation and planning in Shannan new district, Huainan City as example, the importance of governance and renovation of river tributaries in urban construction, several problems faced by the project as well as the specific content, design elements and implementation measures of the project were analyzed, and the implementation situation was introduced. It was pointed out that in the process of urban water system planning and construction, full use of natural resources should be made by means of appropriate technologies, comprehensive flood control and drainage, ecological restoration, landscape disposition, geographical and cultural creation and inheritance of multiple functions to carry out comprehensive treatment, so that the water system can play a full range of positive role as an important resource of the city.
