摘 要:城市内河设计洪水的计算对于河涌水系、水利设施布局及雨水管网的规划设计非常重要。目前,城市内河设计洪水大多采用传统的综合瞬时单位线法、推理公式法计算,此方法存在一定的局限性,比如对于存在多种下垫面的流域适应性较差,对通过市政管道汇水的区域缺乏针对性等。为了优化传统的计算方法,在百色市某新区排水防涝规划中,利用水力模型软件建立排水管网和水系模型,针对流域特点选择相应的汇流模型计算各河道的设计洪水,并与瞬时单位线法的计算结果进行比较分析,初步验证了模型算法的合理性,可以作为类似项目的参考。Calculation of flood hydrograph is very important conservancy facilities and rain pipe network. So far the synthetic for the planning of river system, water instantaneous unit hydrograph method and the rational formula method are used to calculate the flood hydrograph for urban river widely. This methodology has limitation to some degree, for example a little maladjustment for the basin including different kinds of underlying surfaces, lack of specificity for the basin whose runoff is collected by rain pipe. To avoid these limitations of the factors mentioned above, the hydraulic models were built in the urban flood control planning of a new town in Baise. The hydraulic models were used to calculate the flood hydrograph for rivers, the calculation results were analyzed by the synthetic instantaneous unit hydrograph method. The method used for calculation of flood hydrograph can be a reference for similar projects.
