摘 要:依据材料在深海环境下的老化失效机制,定量出模拟深海环境的老化试验装置的技术指标,并以此确定系统设计总体方案;详细地阐述了模拟深海环境的老化试验装置机械结构设计和基于PID控制算法的控制系统设计;利用MCGS嵌入式系统实现计算机对PLC控制过程的实时监控与数据采集,给出了模拟深海环境老化试验装置的系统设计主界面和调试过程。结果表明:该系统自动化程度高,在实验室内可模拟出不同气候条件下的深海环境,实现对材料深海浸泡、腐蚀和失效老化性能的分析评价。According to the material aging failure mechanism in the deep sea environment,quantitative technical indicators of deep-sea environment aging simulator were produced,and the overall system design scheme was decided. Mechanical structure design and control system based on PID control algorithm design of deep-sea environment aging simulator were expounded in detai. Real-time monitoring and data collection of PLC control process were implemented through MCGS embedded system,which presented main interface and debugging process of deep-sea environment aging simulator. The results show that the system is highly automatic,and can simulate different conditions of deep sea environment in the laboratory,which can realize evaluation of the material deep-sea immersion,corrosion and aging failure.
