摘  要:对主动配电网中单台电池储能变流器的控制,分析了基波的有功/无功控制策略。对于基波功率控制,探讨了其并/离网运行控制策略。对于储能系统(ESS)的充/放电控制,分析了能量型ESS充/放电管理策略、混合型ESS充/放电功率分配策略和ESS电压均衡技术。对主动配电网中多台储能变流器的管理,从集中控制和分散控制两个角度分析了多变流器间的协调控制,探讨了集中的分层控制器和基于多代理的分散控制器。最后,针对主动配电网及其变流器控制策略的发展趋势给出了诸多展望和进一步的研究方向。The control strategy of active power and reactive power control of the fundamental wave wasanalyzed and reviewed. For the fundamental power control, the control strategy was discussed. For battery energystorage system, the charge and discharge control strategy of energy storage system was analyzed, and the chargingand discharging power allocation strategy of hybrid energy storage system and the voltage balancing technology ofenergy storage system were analyzed. Then,for the management of internet of energy in a plurality of battery energystorage inverter,the coordination control of multi inverters was analyzed from two aspects of centralized control anddecentralized control,the centralized hierarchical controller and the decentralized controller based on multi agentwere discussed. Finally,this paper gives a lot of prospects and further research direction for the development trend ofthe energy Internet and its inverter control strategy.
