摘 要:在总结国外典型国家抽水蓄能电站运营情况的基础上,对我国抽水蓄能电站的管理体制和运营模式进行深入研究,重点从电站的价格机制、经营模式、辅助服务实施情况等方面分析了其发展现状及存在的主要问题,研究并提出了关于我国抽水蓄能电站管理体制和运营模式改革的相关建议,以促进其对电网的调节作用。Pumped storage technology is widely used in many countries around the world, with great marketpotential. However,the operational situations are not very good for pumped storage power stations in China. To copewith these problems, based on the survey of the pumped-storage power stations in typical foreign countries, this paperconducts the thorough research on the pumped-storage power stations in China, and mainly focuses on the prospectsof the price mechanism,management pattern,the implementation of auxiliary services. Through analyzing the presentoperational situations and main problems of its development, the paper put forward the reform suggestions for thepumped-storage power stations in China,so as to promote its priority on the regulation of the power grid.
