摘  要:考虑一种由机器人托运可移动式货架取代人工拣货的新型仓储系统,采用统计建模的方法研究三种常见的仓储机器人待命位策略,并同时考察了传统仓储布局和带横向巷道的仓储布局。通过仿真模拟验证了理论模型的有效性,最后分析比较了在不同布局仓储系统中的三种待命位策略。研究结果表明在相同布局的仓储系统中,第三种待命位策略即机器人停留在作业结束位置的待命位策略表现最好;同时,在两种布局中,第一种和第二种待命位策略在无中间横向巷道的仓储系统中更有优势,当每一列的货位数较多时,第三种待命位策略在带中间横向巷道的仓储系统中才具有明显优势。Considering a new warehouse system operated by robots instead of manual picking,the method of statistical modeling was exploited to study three common dwell point policies,and at the same time,the layouts of the two kinds of warehouse system were investigated.Consequently,a simulation model was constructed to verify the validity of the models.Furthermore,comparisons of the three dwell point policies were analyzed for warehouse systems with different layout.It is pointed out the stay dwell point strategy is always the optimal choice for those two specific warehouse systems.It can also be concluded that both the first and second strategies have better performance in warehouse without cross aisle,while for the stay dwell point strategy,warehouse within cross aisle is dominant only when the total number of racks of each column is relatively large.
