摘 要:针对现有的配电网故障定位系统存在准确性和可靠性不高等问题,提出了基于馈线终端单元(FTU)技术和遗传算法的配电网故障定位系统。系统由FTU和主站SCADA构成,其中FTU由主控模块、输入输出模块及通信模块等构成。FTU的硬件采用双CPU体系结构,主控模块以数字信号处理器DSP为核心,通过相电流突变量法进行故障判断;通信模块以32位ARM嵌入式处理器为核心,负责与主站进行实时通信以及外围事物管理。FTU的软件则基于μC/OS-II嵌入式操作系统,设计了多任务、多缓冲区的结构。主站的故障区段定位软件以遗传算法为核心,根据FTU传递来的故障电流信息迅速找到故障区段。仿真试验表明,该算法容错性和实用性强。Due to the problems of the low accuracy and reliability in existing fault location systems for distribution network, a fault locatingsystem for distribution network is proposed based on feeder terminal unit ( FTU) technology and genetic algorithm. The system consists of FTUand master station SC AD A, in which the FTU is made up of main control module, input and output module, and communication module, etc. Thedual - CPU architecture is adopted in hardware of FTU, and digital signal processor ( DSP) is the core of main control module; though themethod of phase current mutation, fault judgement is conducted. The 32 bit ARM embedded processor is used as the core in communicationmodule, for communicating with master station in real time and taking care of peripheral transaction management. The software of FTU isdesigned based on μC/OS - II embedded operating system with multi - tasking, multi - buffer structure. The genetic algorithm is the kernel ofthe fault section locating software in master station. According to the fault current information transferred from FTU, the fault section is quicklyfound. The simulation experiments show that the algorithm is fault - tolerant and with strong practicability.
