摘　　要：组织特征决定创业者资源整合与资源配置方式,创业组织形式的选择对农民创业者获取资源、提高创业绩效有重要意义。基于全国9省的问卷调查数据,运用二元Logistic模型,从资源禀赋与外部环境视角分析农民选择创业组织形式的影响因素,结果表明:农民创业者的家庭总收入、是否参加专业技术协会、所在镇在本县经济发展水平、个人在银行的贷款余额、创业地点在本村对农民创业者选择独立创业组织形式的影响显著为正,对选择联合创业组织形式的影响显著为负;农民创业者的文化程度、家庭中高中及以上文化程度人数占比、家庭成员中在村里及村外任干部数、自主创业扶持政策满意度对农民创业者选择独立创业的影响显著为负,对选择联合创业的影响显著为正;而农民创业者的年龄、是否有打工经历、家庭劳动力总数、亲朋好友数、是否参加金融合作社与创业协会、银行贷款难度、向私人借款额对创业组织形式选择的影响未通过显著性检验。Based on the survey data of nine provinces in China,this paper uses binary logistic model to analyze the factors that influence the selection of farmers＇ entrepreneurial organizations through the perspective of resource endowment and external environment. The results show that the total household income,whether to participating in professional and technical associations,the town＇s economic development level which in the county,the amount of bank loans,business location in the village of entrepreneurial have significantly positive effect on farmers choosing the independent form of entrepreneurship,but it also has the opposite effect on the joint entrepreneurship. The degree of education are junior middle school and high school,the proportion of people who graduated from high school or higher in family and the satisfaction of entrepreneurship supporting policies have significantly negative effect on farmers choosing the independent form of entrepreneurship,and have positive effects on the choice of joint entrepreneurship; But the effect of age,work experience,the number of family labor force and friends,whether to participate in the financial cooperatives and entrepreneurs association and the difficulty of bank loans and the amount of private lending on entrepreneurial organization selection did not pass the test of significance.
