子宫内膜癌中TSP-2、TGF-β1表达及其与MVD的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究子宫内膜癌中凝血酶敏感蛋白-2(TSP-2)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的表达及其与微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法:免疫组化SP法检测和比较30例子宫内膜癌、30例子宫内膜癌前病变、20例正常子宫内膜组织中TSP-2、TGF-β1的表达和CD34标记的MVD。结果:TSP-2表达在子宫内膜癌组与正常子宫内膜组间有显著差异(P<0.05),且与肌层浸润、手术-病理分期相关(P<0.05)。TGF-β1的表达在子宫内膜癌组与正常子宫内膜组间有显著差异(P<0.05),与肌层浸润程度、手术-病理分期和淋巴转移有关(P<0.05)。TSP-2表达与MVD显著负相关(P<0.01)。TGF-β1表达与MVD显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:TSP-2、TGF-β1可能参与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展并与肿瘤细胞的恶性侵袭行为相关,TSP-2、TGF-β1和MVD联合检测对子宫内膜癌的病情进展、预测转移风险评价具有一定意义。Objective：To study the expression of TSP-2 and TGF-β1 in endometrial carcinoma patients,and to analyze its relationship with MVD.Methods：To detect the expression of TSP-2,TGF-β1 by immunohistochemical SP method in 30 cases of carcinoma of endometrium,30 cases of intrauterine membrane precancerous lesions and 20 cases of normal endometrium tissues.To compare microvascular density（ MVD） marked with CD34.Results：There were significant differences in the expression of TSP-2 between endometrial cancer and normal endometrium groups（ P〈0.05）.It was associated with muscle layer infiltration,surgical-pathologic staging（ P〈0.05）.There were also significant differences in the expression of TGF-beta 1 between two groups（ P〈0.05）.It was associated with muscle layer infiltration degree,surgical-pathologic staging and lymph node metastases（ P〈0.05）.The expression of TSP-2 was significantly negatively correlated with MVD（ P〈0.01）,the expression of TGF-beta 1 was significantly positively correlated with MVD（ P〈0.01）.Conclusion：TSP-2,TGF-beta 1 may participate in the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma,and related to malignant tumor cells invasion behavior.TSP-2,TGF-beta 1and combined with MVD maybe have a certain significance of prediction in the detection of endometrial cancer progression and assessment of transfer risk.
