肿痛安胶囊对慢性牙周炎患者临床疗效及炎症因子IL-1β和IL-6影响的研究

摘　　要：目的观察临床应用中成药肿痛安胶囊治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效及对炎症因子白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)的影响。方法选取2013年9月至2014年11月诊治的104例慢性牙周炎患者,按随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各52例,分别给予甲硝唑和肿痛安胶囊治疗,观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及对IL-1β和IL-6的影响。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),IL-1β和IL-6水平较对照组明显下降(P<0.05);不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肿痛安胶囊治疗慢性牙周炎临床疗效明显,且能有效降低IL-1β和IL-6水平,可推广应用。Objectiye To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhong tongˊan capsules and their influence on inflammatory factors IL - 1β and IL - 6 in patients with chronic periodontitis. Methods 104 cases of chronic periodontitis treated in this hospital during September 2013 to Novem-ber 2014 were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups,control group and observation group,each group with 52 cases. Patients in these two groups were treated with metronidazole or Zhong Tongˊan capsules. The clinical efficacy and influence on levels of IL - 1β and IL - 6 had been observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was evidently higher than that of control group after the treatment（ P 〈0. 05）. Levels of IL - 1β and IL - 6 in observation group were evdently reduced in comparison with those of control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The inci-dence rate of adverse reactions in patients of control group was evidently higher than that of patients in observation group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of application of Zhong Tongˊan capsules in treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis is evident,they can also effec-tively reduce levels of IL - 1β and IL - 6,hence they should be promoted and applied.
