基于VAR模型的我国双向FDI产业结构升级效应比较研究

摘　　要：采用1991—2014年的相关数据,借助向量自回归模型,利用脉冲响应函数和方差分解分析就我国双向FDI与产业结构升级之间的动态关系展开了实证比较研究,结果发现:虽然我国对外直接投资与外商直接投资都对我国产业结构升级有正面影响,但相比外商直接投资,不管是从短期还是从中长期来看,我国对外直接投资对国内产业结构升级的影响力度都更强,贡献度更大。对此,从不同视角进行了阐释并提出了相应的对策建议。This paper,using relevant data from 1991 to 2014,constructs a VAR model and makes a comparative study of the dynamic relationship between China＇s two-way FDI and its industrial upgrading by employing impulse response and variance decomposition. The findings are as follows： although OFDI and IFDI both produce positive effect on China＇s industrial upgrading,relative to IFDI,OFDI demonstrates a more intense influence and more contributions,not only in short run but also in middle and long run. This paper explains the results from various perspectives and proposals are put forward in the end.
