摘　　要：目的探讨系统化护理在骨外固定支架治疗四肢长管状骨骨折中的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年1月至2015年12月收治的四肢长管状骨骨折患者96例,所有患者均行骨外固定支架治疗,将2015年1月至2015年6月实施常规护理的47例患者作为对照组,将2015年7月至2015年12月应用系统化护理的49例患者作为研究组,观察两组患者的相关临床指标变化情况。结果对两组患者予以不同护理方法,研究组患者的临床护理优良率和自我护理指标优于对照组,并发症发生率14.29%明显低于对照组38.30%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组骨转换指标变化明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四肢长管状骨骨折患者在行骨外固定支架治疗的过程中应用系统化护理,能够达到预期的临床治疗效果,降低患者并发症发生率,具有较大的临床推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of systematic nursing in the treatment oflimbs long bone fracture by bone fixation. Methods A total of 96 cases of patients with limbslong bone fracture treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were chosen, andboth of them received bone fixation treatments. Conventional nursing was applied to 47 patientsfrom January 2015 to June 2015 regarded as control group, while systematic nursing was appliedto 49 patients from July 2015 to December 2015 regarded as observation group. The variation ofrelated clinical indicators of patients in the two groups was observed. Results After applyingdifferent nursing methods to the two groups, excellent rate of clinical nursing and self-nursing indicatorswere better than those of observation group. The complication rate for patients in observationgroup was 14. 29 % , which was obviously lower than that of control group, with complicationrate of 38. 3 0 % . The comparisons of the three indictors were of statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. As to comparison of changes in bone turnover markers, the result of observation groupwas obviously better than that of control group, and the difference was of statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Applying systematic nursing during bone fixation treatment to patientswith limbs long bone fracture can achieve the expected clinical effect and reduce the complicationrate for patients, thus it is worthy of widely clinical application.
