摘 要:针对各种高应力巷道锚杆破断导致的支护失效难题,采用理论分析、数值计算、现场试验等手段,分析了巷道围岩变形的组成与锚杆破断形态,研究了不连续变形的垫衬效应及其与锚杆脆塑性破断过程的内在联系。认为垫衬效应是导致锚杆脆性断裂的根本原因,提高锚杆预紧力是消减垫衬效应的有效手段,普通锚杆强度、延伸率与连续变形的不协调性是锚杆塑性破断的根本原因,提高锚杆强度与伸缩率是强力协调围岩变形稳定的有效途径。Aimed at the support failure problem caused by roof bolt broken in all kinds of high stress roadway,bolt broken morphology and composition of surrounding rock deformation was summarized by using the methods of theoretical analysis,numerical calculation and field test,the inner link was studied that space effect of discontinuous deformation and the process of anchor rod brittle&plastic broken at the same time.Research suggested that the fundamental cause of anchor brittle broken is space effect and high pre-tightening force can reduce space efficiently.The incongruity of ordinary bolt strength,elongation and continuous deformation caused bolt plastic broken, it is an effective way to coordinate deformation of surrounding rock stability strongly by improving the bolt strength and elongation.
