摘  要:受构造运动影响,南缘山前高陡构造发育,地层沿断裂推覆,中、上部地层倾角大,局部地层接近直立,钻井过程中易造成井斜,钻井参数难以强化,影响整体机械钻速。为了提高钻探效率,在南缘地区H?101井中的二开井段(187~1792 m)试验应用了ATK?V垂直钻井系统。介绍了ATK?V垂直钻井系统的组成部分、工作原理、技术特点、性能参数,以及该系统在H?101井的应用情况。现场应用结果表明,AKT?V垂直钻井系统稳定性高,质量可靠,井斜控制性能优异,有效解决钻井提速施工中井斜与钻压的矛盾,提速效果明显,可在南缘霍尔果斯背斜区块推广使用。Affected by tectonic movement, the south of the Junggar Basin belongs to high-steep structure, strata along with the fault nappe,large dip angle of block,local strata close to the upright,it′s easy to cause the deviation in the drilling process,and difficult to enhance the drilling parameter,affect the overall rate of penetration.In order to improve the drilling efficiency,southern region H?101 well in open hole(187~1 792 m)test the application of baker hughes company′s latest ATK-V vertical drilling system.The paper intro-duces the components of ATK-V vertical drilling system,working principle,technical features,performance parameter,and the system′s application in H?101 well.The application results showed that the ATK-V vertical drilling system stable in performance,reliable in quali-ty,excellent property in borehole deviation control,and effectively solve the contradiction of the construction of drilling speed between well deviation and WOB,also can improve the rock breaking efficiency and penetration rate obviously.The system can be widely applied in south edge area of Junggar Basin.
