摘  要:采用主成分分析法定量分析5种包装材料处理对双孢蘑菇品质影响,建立综合评价函数,筛选最佳包装材料。结果表明,9个检测指标可简化成2个主成分,累积方差贡献率达到86.224%,能够较好地反映原始数据的信息;不同包装膜处理双孢蘑菇的品质综合得分从高到低为:低压高密度聚乙烯>高压低密度聚乙烯>聚丙烯>线性低密度聚乙烯>乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物>对照。由此可见,包装袋有利于双孢蘑菇贮藏保鲜,且低压高密度聚乙烯包装材料的保鲜效果最佳,为双孢蘑菇的贮藏保鲜提供了科学和直观的依据。In this paper, the effect of different packaging films on quality of Agaricus bisporus were analyzed by principalcomponent analysis (PCA) method, and an assessment model was established to screen the best packaging material. Theresults showed that 9 traits were consolidated into 2 principal components, which accounted for 86.224% of the totalvariance. The PCA showed that the order of the quality of A. bisporus under different packaging films was HDPE 〉 LDPE 〉OPP 〉 LLDPE 〉 EVA 〉 control check (CK). Thus, all these packaging films were conductive to mushroom preservation,and HDPE was the best one. These findings can provide scientific and intuitive evidence for quality evaluation.
