摘 要:为了揭示激光与聚合物之间的相互作用机理,以尼龙66(PA66)为研究对象,采用刀刃法分析了半导体激光器的激光功率通量分布,采用紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计测量了PA66和质量分数为0.3的玻纤增强尼龙66(PA66GF30)的光学参量,分析了材料厚度及玻纤增强剂对PA66的透射率、反射率和吸收率的影响。通过非接触线扫描实验和数学模型研究了材料厚度及玻纤增强剂对PA66光散射的影响,确定了激光透过PA66和PA66GF30后的激光功率通量分布。结果表明,PA66的透射率随着厚度的增加而减小,反射率、吸收率随着厚度的增加而增大,光散射随着厚度的增加而增大;加入玻纤时,透射率明显减小,反射率稍有增大,吸收率和光散射均明显增大。此研究对确定不同厚度热塑性塑料的光散射参量以及数值模拟在激光透射焊接中的更广泛应用是有帮助的。In order to reveal the interaction mechanism between laser and polymer, the beam profile of diode laser wasanalyzed by knife-edge method through using nylon 66 ( PA66 ) as research object. The optical properties of PA66, glass fiberreinforced nylon 66(PA66GF30) ( mass fraction of 0. 3 ) were measured by ultraviolet-visible-near-infrared spectrophotometer.The effects of thickness and glass fiber on transmittance, reflectance and absorbance were analyzed. The effects of thickness andglass fiber on light scattering of PA66 were studied by the combination of line scanning method and mathematical model. Thelaser power flux distribution at the weld interface after passing through PA66, PA66GF30 was determined. The experimentalresults indicate that the transmittance of PA66 decreases with thickness. The reflectance and absorbance increases with thicknessand light scattering increases with thickness. When glass fiber is added, transmittance decreases heavily, the reflectanceincreases slightly and the absorbance and light scattering increase significantly. This study is helpful for determining the lightscattering parameters of different thickness of thermoplastic plastics and has the more widely application of numerical simulation inlaser transmission welding.
