摘 要:为实现CO_2的高效捕集,采用浸渍法将MEA、DEA分别负载到介孔材料SBA-15的孔道内,研究改性前后样品对CO_2吸附性能的影响,其中主要分析不同温度下CO_2吸附量的变化情况。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、低温N2吸附-脱附(BET)、热重分析(TGA)等手段对所得样品进行表征。结果表明,MEA、DEA均负载到SBA-15的孔道内部,且没有破坏介孔结构;经MEA、DEA改性后样品的吸附性能显著提高,最大吸附量分别提高了51%和75%。To gathering the CO2 more efficiently, the impregnation method was imported to load the MEA andDEA to the pores of SBA-15. The adsorption performance of CO2 was studied before and after the SBA-15 modification.A detailed analysis of the adsorption capacity under different temperature was made. The samples werecharacterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) , low temperature N2 adsorption-desorption (BET), thermogravimetricanalysis (TGA). The results show that the MEA, DEA were loaded into the SBA-15 's channels,and there is no destruction of the mesoporous structure. The adsorption performance has been increased obviouslywhen the SBA-15 is modified by MEA/DEA. And the maximum adsorption capacity has been improved by51% and 75% respectively.
