摘 要:实际制造生产中有大量的两块材料自动贴合作业,而人眼检测效率较低,并带有主观性。故文中提出了基于图像处理的贴合不良检查算法,对贴合不良的材料进行报警。通过对图像处理算法和软硬件分别展开研究和实现,最后集成系统,完成整机测试。首先整合相机、光源进行打光测试,搭建起图像采集平台。然后对图像进行分析,实现找圆和找线功能,以直线与圆心最短距离来判别其是否在标准范围内,以此完成贴合不良检测。最后基于C++和Open CV实现贴合不良检查算法的实现。测试数据表明与人眼检查相比,系统在精度和速度上有绝对优势,可应用于工程中。In the actual production,there are a large number of two pieces of material automatic joint operation,whether the fitting of accurate inspection work,if the human eye is completed,the efficiency is low,and with the subjectivity. Therefore,we need to develop an automatic inspection equipment with machine vision,the right to fit the material of the alarm. In this paper,image processing algorithms and hardware and software are studied and implemented,and finally it integrated system,the whole test.Firstly,the hardware platform based on the camera,light source,lens,PLC builds the image acquisition and PLC interaction. Then the focus of the research is to find the circle algorithm and find the line algorithm,and realize the algorithm of the bad check. The implementation of the algorithm of the joint inspection based on C + + and Open CV is presented. After the experiment,compared with the human eye,the system has the advantages of accuracy and speed,which can be used in engineering.
