摘 要:为了有效降低配电网发生停电故障,针对配电网进行停电故障评估分析至关重要。文中首先分析了配电网故障的影响因素,分析了针对配电网故障评估的常用方案,结合配电网故障的导致因素,提出配电网停电故障风险评估的最优方案,即德尔菲法。根据配电网故障导致因素,结合实际情况,提出了特定的配电网故障概率指标权重及评分标准,最后,将提出的方案用于实际案例分析,实验表明,该方案可以以定量的方式展示配电网运行的安全情况,并针对薄弱环节进行有效反应,具备一定的实用价值。In order to reduce the power failure of the power distribution network,the fault analysis of power distribution network is very important. This paper first analyzes the influence factors of distribution network fault and the commonly used for distribution network fault evaluation scheme,combined with the distribution network fault cause factors,puts forward the optimal solution of distribution network outages risk assessment, namely, the Delphi method. According to the distribution network fault factors,combined with the actual situation,it proposed the specific distribution network fault probability index weight and grading standards,and finally,proposals for analysis of actual case,the experimental results show that the scheme can show in the form of quantitative safety situation of distribution network operation,and in view of the weak link for effective response,has a certain practical value.
