胃肠转流术对2型糖尿病伴高血压及眼底血管病变的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨Roux-en-Y胃肠转流术(RYGBP)对2型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法:回顾分析2011年7月至2014年12月136例不同发病年龄、不同病程的2型糖尿病患者行Roux-en-Y胃肠转流术(RYGBP)后,观察其中38例合并高血压、104例合并眼底视网膜血管病变患者术后随访满6个月的恢复情况。结果:38例合并高血压患者有36例术后血压下降,其中29例术后停用降压药物,血压保持稳定,104例合并眼底视网膜血管病变患者术后眼底血管影像学资料提示血管病变都有所好转。结论:Roux-en-Y胃肠转流术(RYGBP)对2型糖尿病伴随疾病存在疗效。Objective To study effects of treating type 2 diabetes by Roux-en-Y Gastrointestinal Bypass Operation（RYGBP）.Methods： A total of 136 type 2 diabetic patients at different ages and different disease courses after RYGBP from July 2011 toDecember 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, among which 38 patients with hypertension and 104 patients with retinal vascular lesionswere followed up for six months after the operation. Results： Among 38 patients with hypertension, 36 patients＇ blood pressure droppedand 29 patients＇ blood pressure kept steady without using antihypertensive drugs after the operation. As retinal vascular imagingmaterials showed that vascularlesion of 104 patients with retinal vascular lesions have improved. Conclusion： RYGBP has effects ontreating concomitant diseases of type 2 diabetes.
