摘　　要：目的:探讨颞浅动脉逆行岛状皮瓣在鬓角再造中的应用效果。方法:分析6例应用颞浅动脉逆行岛状皮瓣进行鬓角再造术的手术效果。结果:6例患者转移皮瓣(再造鬓角)完全成活,毛发生长良好,外形美观,立体感强,与健侧基本对称。结论:应用颞浅动脉逆行岛状皮瓣进行鬓角再造是一种效果优良的手术方法。ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of superficial temporal artery reverse island flap in the reconstruction ofsideburns. Methods： Analysis of 6 cases in which superficial temporal artery reverse island flap was used to reconstruct sideburns.Results： The transposed flap（reconstructed sideburns）of 6 patients survived completely. With good hair growth , beautiful andstereoscopic appearance, the reconstructed sideburns were symmetric to the healthy ones. Conclusion： Superficial temporal arteryreverse island flap was effective in the reconstruction of sideburns.
