床旁个性化健康教育在重症监护室患者家属中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨床旁个性化健康教育在重症监护室患者家属中的应用。方法:抽取大理州某院脑外科重症监护室住院的病情危重、无自理能力患者,让患者家属参与疾病治疗护理期间的康复配合工作,对其进行全程观察及护理。结果:床旁个性化健康教育能缓解患者及家属的心理压力,更好的使患者得到亲人家属的关心和支持,积极配合医生护士进行诊疗和护理。结论:实施床旁个性化健康教育,让患者家属参与整个治疗护理过程,不仅能更好的促进患者康复,更能缓解紧张的医患关系。Objective To explore the application of personalized bedside health education among families members of patients inICU. Methods： Patients suffering serious illness and lacking self-care ability were chosen from the Department of Cerebral Surgery ofcertain Dali hospital. The patients＇ family members were involved in the rehabilitation nursing throughout the treatment. Results：Personalized bedside health education can ease the psychological pressure of patients and their families, and better enable patients toreceive the care and support of their families, and actively cooperate with the doctors and nurses for treatment and nursing. Conclusion：The implementation of personalized bedside health education enables family members to participate in the treatment process, which notonly promotes the rehabilitation of patients, but also eases the tension between doctors and patients.
