摘 要:目的:利用文献计量学的方法对白念珠菌耐药机制的相关文献进行统计分析,增强人们对白念珠菌耐药机制的全面认识。方法:检索PubMed、Embase、SCI和CNKI数据库,对白念珠菌耐药机制的相关文献进行汇总,对纳入研究的文献年份分布、作者、语种、文献类型、药物类型、耐药机制分类等进行统计分析。结果:共纳入相关文献726篇,文献数量自20世纪90年代以来呈逐年递增趋势。从文献发表语种和作者来看,英文文献数量最多(466篇),同时中文文献近年来增长迅速(197篇),国内相关研究整体水平偏低但也不乏亮点。所纳入文献中研究涉及最多的药物是唑类药物(357篇),其中以氟康唑耐药机制相关的文献数量为最多(236篇)。关于耐药机制的研究主要集中在药物外排泵表达变化及药物作用靶酶结构变异或含量变化等方面。结论:唑类药物耐药仍是白念珠菌耐药研究领域的重点,其主要的耐药机制是药物外排泵的表达增加和药物作用靶酶结构变异或含量增加。Objective: To investigate and analyze the literature of resistance mechanisms of Candida albicans by bibliometric methods, in order to improve the knowledge of resistance mechanism. Methods: All literature about the drug resistance mechanisms of C.albicans were collected in Pub Med, Embase, SCI and CNKI databases. Statistical analysis was carried out on the publication date, authors, languages, types of literature, types of antifungals, drug resistance mechanisms of the included studies. Results: A total of 726 papers were collected from the four databases. The amount of literature has increased year by year since the 1990 s. The amount of English literature was the most(466), while the number of Chinese literature increased rapidly in recent years(197). The overall level of Chinese related researches was low but there were some highlights. Azoles were the most studied antifungals(357), and fluconazole related papers had the largest number(236). Researches on the drug resistance mechanisms were mainly focused on the expression changes of drug efflux pumps and the structural variation or the content changes of the target enzyme. Conclusion: Azoles resistance is still the key point in the research field of drug resistance of C.albicans. The main drug resistance mechanisms of C.albicans are the upregulation of the expression of drug efflux pumps and the structural variation or the content increase of the target enzyme.
