摘　　要：负面清单是我国自由贸易试验区对外商投资准入采用的管理模式,自2013年适用于上海自由贸易试验区的第一份负面清单公布之后,经过两次修订的2015版负面清单目前已经统一适用于四个自由贸易试验区。与前两版的负面清单相比,2015版的负面清单有了显著的改进,但在借鉴负面清单国际经验的基础上,仍有涵盖领域进一步扩大、特别管理措施进一步明晰以及负面清单体例进一步明了的改进之处。The negative lists are a type of administrative model in China for pilot free trade zone to admit foreign investment. The first negative lists,which were applied to Shanghai pilot free trade zone, were published in 2013. The 2015 edition （revised twice） has been applied in four pilot free trade zones. Comparing with the previous two editions, this edition has obvious improvement. Based on the study of corresponding experiences oversea, it is suggested to extend the scope,clarify special administrations and stylistic rules and layout of the negative lists.
