摘 要:针对标准集对分析联系度中异反系数过粗、评价语不够细化的不足,利用集对分析原创联系度可展性对其进行改进,将异和反进一步细分为优异、劣异、优反和劣反。同时考虑各评价指标重要程度的不确定性、专家打分的可靠性及专家间的动态差异,引入区间数学理论,采用不确定型AHP方法确定指标权重,进而建立土石坝安全评价模型,得到评价对象对于土石坝各安全等级的优劣趋同程度。工程实例应用表明:与标准集对分析法相比,改进集对分析法评价结果更加细化且贴近实际,改进的方法合理可行。This study proposed an improved set pair analysis ( SPA ) method by using malleability of original relation degree to solve the problem of subtle differentiation between uniform, different and reverse in standard SPA. The improved method further subdivided differenceand reverse into excellent difference, inferior difference, excellent reverse and inferior reverse. At the same time, considering the uncertaintyof the important degree of the evaluation index, the reliability of the expert scoring and the dynamic difference between the experts, themethod determined the index weight based on the uncertain type of AHP method. An earth-rock dam safety assessment model was developedwith this model for the evaluation of the excellent inferior tendency degree of the earth-rock d a m in the security level rank. Example analysisshows that, comparing with the standard SPA method, the improved method is more refined and close to the reality and the improved methodis reasonable and feasible.
