摘　　要：对房产测绘数据的内容、存储与更新方式进行了探讨,提出了"分层存储、分幅更新"的管理与更新模式,并基于ArcObjects技术构建了面向AutoCAD数据源的通用数据批量导入与更新功能模块,通过在房产信息系统建设中的应用,对模式与方法进行了检验。Research and discuss about the content, storageand updating method of real estate surveying and mapping dataare carried out in this paper. This paper Proposed a new mode ofreal estate spatial data management and update method, namely“ stored in layer, updated by stationary spatial extension” , anddeveloped a general software module based on ArcObjects technologyand used it in loading and updating data from AutoCAD inbatch model. The mothod and model of management and updateare examined in the application of real estate information system.
