摘  要:目的探讨丹参酮ⅡA对维持性血液透析患者心功能和血脂的影响。方法将60例血液透析患者按照数字表法随机分为2组,治疗组透析过程中给予丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液40 mg+生理盐水250 ml,3次/周,疗程6个月;对照组静脉注入250 ml生理盐水,频次及疗程同治疗组,观察2组患者治疗前后的血脂水平及超声心动图结果。结果与对照组治疗后相比,治疗组三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);超声心动图结果显示,治疗组的每分输出量、左心射血分数(LVEF)较治疗前明显升高,左心室心肌质量指数(LVMI)水平显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参酮ⅡA可以降低血脂水平及血液黏度,改善微循环及局部供血,还可通过减轻患者左心室肥厚,从而改善心功能。Objective To investigate the effects of Tanshinone IIA on cardiac function and blood lipid in hemodialysis pa-tients.Methods Sixty hemodialysis patients were randomly divided i8nto 2 groups:the treatment group and the control group.The pa-tients in the treatment group were given Tanshinone IIA injection of 40 mg+normal saline, 3 times a week, for a treatment course of 6 months.The patients in the control group just received 250 ml normal saline solution, with the same frequency of medication and treat-ment course as the treatment group.The blood lipid levels and the results of echocardiography before and after treatment in the 2 group were observed closelyl.Results As compared with those of the control group, the levels of TG, LDL-C and FIB in the treatment group were significantly decreased (P〉0.05).Echocardiography detection results indicated that the levels of stroke volume and left ventricu-lar ejection fraction ( LVEF) increased markedly as compared with those before treatment, while the level of left ventricular minute in-jection (LVMI) decreased significantly (P〉0.05).Conclusion Tanshinone IIA could decreased blood lipid and viscosity levels, im-proved microcirculation and local blood supply.Furthermore, it could enhance the cardiac function of the patients through improvement of the left ventricular hypertrophy.
