摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师参与重症患者药物治疗的作用,以改善治疗效果。方法:通过对临床药师参与一例重症肺炎合并类风湿性关节炎的病例分析,介绍临床药师协助医生完善治疗方案、注意不良反应、指导用药以及提出自己对病例的认识及分析的过程和体会。结果:临床药师以专业特长,根据患者的具体特点参与临床治疗可促进合理用药,提高药物治疗水平。结论:临床药师应在临床工作中不断总结和探索,提高临床药物治疗的有效性和安全性。Objective： To evaluate clinical pharmacists participation in the treatment of one case of severe pneumonia with rheumatoid arthritis so as to achieve optimal therapeutic efficacy. Methods： Through participating in the course of treatment for a severe pneumonia patient with rheumatoid arthritis,combining with the disease characteristics of the patient,medication history,drug interactions and adverse drug reactions,the patient,and the patient should be provided with individualized pharmaceutical care. Results： The pharmacotherapy was effective and rational. By providing pharmaceutical care for the severe pneumonia patient with rheumatoid arthritis,the treatment-related problems in time were identified and resolved,and suggestions on the rational drug use were put forward. Conclusion： Through participating in clinical practice,assisting physicians to improve safety and efficacy of drug treatment,clinical pharmacists provide patients good pharmaceutical care.
