Luminal A和Luminal B型乳腺癌超声特征与Ki-67表达的关系

摘　　要：目的：探讨Luminal A和Luminal B型乳腺癌超声特征与Ki-67表达的关系。方法比较32例Lu-minal A型和62例Luminal B型乳腺癌超声恶性征象的差别，探讨声像图特征与Ki-67表达的相关性。结果 Lu-minal B型乳腺癌肿块边缘毛刺、内部微钙化及淋巴结转移发生率均高于Luminal A型（ P﹤0.05）。周边高回声晕、后方回声衰减，3级以上血流及高阻力指数血流检出率两组间比较差异未见统计学意义（ P﹥0.05）。结论 Ki-67表达与超声声像图相关，Ki-67高表达乳腺癌肿块更易出现边缘毛刺、内部微钙化，且淋巴结转移发生率高。Objective To investigate the correlation between ultrasound features and Ki-67 in Luminal A and Luminal B breast carcinoma. Methods The ultrasound feathers of 32 cases of Luminal A and 62 cases of Luminal B breast carcinoma were compared. The relationship between ultrasound feature and the expression of Ki-67 was studied. Results There were much more tumors with edge burr,micro-calcification and lymphatic metastasis in Luminal B than those in Luminal A（ P﹤0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in hyperecho-halo,posterior acoustic shadow,grade 3 blood flow or high resistance index blood flow（ P﹤0. 05 ）. Conclusions There is certain correlation of Ki-67 with ultrasound appear-ance,tumor with high level Ki-67 expression tend to have edge burr,microcalcification and higher proba-bility of lymphatic metastasis.
