摘  要:玻化微珠保温混凝土作为一种集承重、保温于一体的绿色建筑材料,在工程上的应用正在逐步推广。在玻化微珠保温混凝土的基础上,用煤矸石取代了其中的部分或全部粗骨料制成了一种新型绿色建筑材料——煤矸石玻化微珠保温混凝土。通过对5种不同煤矸石掺量的玻化微珠保温混凝土立方体抗压强度和导热系数进行分析可知,参照C50强度等级普通混凝土配制的煤矸石玻化微珠保温混凝土抗压强度能够达到C30~C45混凝土的设计值,并仍具有玻化微珠保温混凝土良好的保温性能。As a kind of green building materials combining load-bearing and thermal insulation properties,the thermal insulation glazed hollow beads concrete's application in engineering is expanding gradually. Based on the thermal insulation glazed hollow beads concrete,a new type of green building material-thermal insulation glazed hollow beads concrete mixed with coal gangue was created by using coal gangue to replace one part or all of the coarse aggregate in it. Through analyzing the cube compressive strength and thermal conductivity test of thermal insulation glazed hollow beads concrete with five different coal gangue's mixing amount^it can be concluded that the thermal insulation glazed hollow beads concrete mixed with coal gangue referring to C50 ordinary concrete's compressive strength can reach the design value of C30-C45 concrete,and it can inherit thermal insulation glazed hollow beads concrete's outstanding insulation performance.
