摘 要:通过环氧砂浆试块和CFRP锚杆抗酸腐蚀性试验研究了酸腐蚀对其质量、弹性模量、抗拉强度、延伸率等性能的影响。结果表明:环氧砂浆试块在酸性溶液中浸泡90 d过程中,质量、弹性模量、抗压强度的最大损失率分别为1.98%、2.81%、11.25%。CFRP锚杆的质量、弹性模量、抗拉强度、延伸率的最大损失率分别为0.65%、3.29%、6.51%、5.06%。通过对试验数据的分析得到了锚杆的荷载-滑移关系曲线,该曲线说明酸腐蚀降低了CFRP锚杆的粘结性能。进一步分析实验数据得到了酸腐蚀90 d后锚杆的粘结-滑移曲线,该曲线具有一定的工程应用价值。并利用Arrhenius方程,得到了锚杆在试验环境中抗拉强度保留率与时间对数的关系曲线,引入了换算因子TSF的概念,对锚杆服役受酸雨腐蚀20年的强度保留率进行了预测。The anti-acid corrosion test was carried out to study the effect of acid corrosion on their quality,elastic modulus, tensile strength, elongation of epoxy mortar blocks and CFRP anchors. The results showed that the maximum loss of quality,elastic modulus and compressive strength were 1.98%,2.81%,11.25% for epoxy mortar blocks soaked in acid solution for 90 days,and the maximum loss of quality,elastic modulus,tensile strength and elongation were 0.65%, 3.29%,6.51%, 5.06% for CFRP anchors. The load-slip curve of anchor was obtained to show that the bonding property of CFRP anchors was reduced under acid corro- sion.'The bond-slip curve was obtained in acid solution for 90 days by further analysis, and it has certain value for engineering application. By Arrhenius equation,the tensile strength retention rate-time logarithm relation curve was obtained. The strength re- tention rate of CFRP anchors under acid corrosion for 20 years was predicted by the introduction of the concept of conversion factor of TSF.
