摘 要:将石蜡乳液与丙烯酸酯乳液在适当条件下进行复配制备丙烯酸酯/石蜡复合乳液,然后考察了不同配比的复合乳液对磷石膏砌块性能的影响。结果表明:当复合乳液用量为磷石膏质量的4%,石蜡乳液与丙烯酸酯乳液质量比为3∶1时,制得的磷石膏标准稠度用水量最低,初凝时间和终凝时间最短,耐水性能最好,此时砌块的抗折和抗压强度最大,分别为5.14、15.58 MPa。In this paper, acrylate/wax emulsions were prepared under appropriate conditions of different proportion,then the influence of different ratio of composite emulsion on the properties of phosphorus gypsum block were investigated. Results showed that when the dosage of composite emulsion is 4% of the phosphorus gypsum quality,and the mass ratio of paraffin emulsion and acrylic emulsion equals to 3:1,the standard consistency water consumption of the obtained phosphorus gypsum composites had the lowest initial water, and the shortest setting time and final setting time,also with a best water resistance. At the same time,flexural and compressive strength were the largest, and were 5.14 MPa and 15.58 MPa,respeetively.
