摘  要:采用正交试验,研究了预聚体与多元醇比例、—NCO含量、填料用量、催化剂用量等对双组份聚氨酯填缝胶粘结强度的影响,制备了能产生交联反应、充分胶粘的新型双组份聚氨酯填缝胶。结果表明,所制备的双组份聚氨酯填缝胶适用期为4 h,表干时间为10 h,拉伸粘结强度为2.2 MPa,断裂伸长率为230%,粘结最大伸长率230%,弹性恢复率93%,浸水300 h后粘结强度比0.73、拉伸强度比0.76,干湿循环20次后粘结强度比0.7、拉伸强度比0.6,满足水泥混凝土弱碱性环境的使用要求。介绍在贵港达开灌区中干渠改造工程应用情况,该渠段稳渗强度较采用沥青砂浆作为填缝材料下降43.8%。The orthogonal test of 4 factors and 3 levels was used to study influence of prepolymer with a polyol proportion, --NCO content,filler content,the amount of catalyst on the two-component polyurethane sealant adhesive strength. And we pre- pared a new two-component polyurethane sealant that can take place crosslinked reaction and bonded fully. Results show that the preparation of two-component polyurethane sealant has the following basic properties:pot-life 4 h,tack-free time 10 h,tensile adhe- sive strength 2.2 MPa, breaking elongation 230%, the largest elongation 230%, elastic recovery rate 93%, after soaking of 300 h, ad- hesive strength ratio 0.73, tensile strength ratio 0.76, after drying-wetting of 20 times,adhesive strength ratio 0.7, tensile strength ratio 0.6,can meet the operating requirement in the weak alkaline environment of cement concrete. The application situation of trunk canal reconstruction engineering in Expensive Port DaKai irrigation zone has. been introduced,the steady seepage intensity of the channel fell by 43.8% than asphalt mortar sealant before.
