摘　　要：回顾担保机构信用评级监管历史沿革,结合江苏无锡地区担保机构信用评级的发展情况,分析担保机构信用评级监管存在的问题,借鉴信用评级监管国际经验,认为应加快监管立法,完善监管指标体系,健全信用评级行业自律组织,以确保担保机构信用评级的有效监管。By reviewing the regulatory history of guarantee institutions credit rating,combined with the development of guarantee institutions credit rating in Wuxi City of Jiangsu province,an analysis is made on the existing problems for guarantee institutions credit rating regulation. Considering lessons from the international experience of credit rating regulation,the paper states that it＇s necessary to speed up the legislation about regulation,improve the regulation indicator system,establish sound credit rating industry self-discipline regulatory organizations,so as to ensure the effective regulation of the guarantee institution credit rating.
