摘　　要：目前国内造纸法烟草薄片打浆工艺主要参照造纸行业打浆工艺和设备,造成浆料的质量和稳定性控制较差等缺陷,直接导致造纸法烟草薄片整体生产制造能力较低、产品质量稳定性欠缺。介绍了新型圆柱形磨浆机的创新设计思路和关键结构的创新思维突破。在造纸法烟草薄片打浆生产中取得的良好应用效果,展现出该专用磨浆机在造纸法烟草薄片打浆生产中的独特优势。In the present domestic market, the beating of papermaking method tobacco slice mainly refers to the criteria of beating technology and equipment of papermaking industry, which results in the low quality of the pulp and the instability of the pulp control. Above defects directly lead to the low production capcibility and the lack of stability in the overall production process of the paper- making method tobacco slice. The artical introduced the innovative thinkings in the design of the key structure of the new type cylindrical pulping machine and the good effect in the application in the beating of papermaking method tobacco slice, showing the unique advantages of such special pluping machine in the production process for the beating of papermakeing method tobacco slice.
