地理国情普查数据质检软件的实现

摘　　要：针对云南省第一次地理国情普查过程较为繁琐复杂的问题,该文提出了结合数据检查验收与质量评定规定中的各项检查及评定内容,基于ArcGIS平台ArcObjects开发接口设计并实现出一套符合地理国情普查数据质量检查验收的软件。该软件具有质量检查和辅助检查数据成果的功能模块,可代替繁琐的人工检查;同时可以更好地保证数据成果质量。实际应用表明,该软件提高了地理国情普查成果检验的准确性和工作效率。Aiming at the complex process of data quality inspection and acceptance in the first geographical national conditions census in Yunnan province,this paper presented a set of software with each inspection and evaluation of the provision content in data inspection,acceptance and quality assessment based on ArcGIS platform ArcObjects development interface for the geographical national conditions census data quality inspection and acceptance.The software designed and completed by this paper had the function module of quality inspection and secondary inspection,which replaced tedious manual inspection to automatic quality inspection for data achievements,and could better ensure the quality of the data achievements.Practical applications demonstrated that the software of this paper improved the accuracy and efficiency of the achievements of geographical national conditions census.
