摘  要:中性点经消弧线圈接地的配网系统在进行合环操作时,线路结构的变化容易导致系统回路参数配合不当,从而引发系统线性谐振过电压,笔者主要针对该问题进行研究并寻求相应的改善措施。文中通过对经消弧线圈接地系统合环操作时的零序电压越限现象进行理论分析,同时以某配电网合环系统为例,利用ATP-EMTP软件仿真模拟了合环操作时系统的运行状态,计算了合环操作引起的谐振过电压的大小并分析了相关影响因素,结果表明:合环操作时变压器中性点电压有被放大的可能,其过电压的大小与系统阻尼、消弧线圈的脱谐度以及线路不对称度相关。根据理论分析和仿真结果提出了几种减小中性点电压偏移的措施。文中的研究结论为配电网合环操作的安全进行以及补偿方案的科学选取提供了重要参考。In the loop closing operation of distribution network with neutral grounding through arc suppression coil, the circuit structure changes will cause the mismatch of the parameters of zero sequence circuit, triggering the linear resonance overvohage, this paper mainly concentrates on this problem and is to find some solutions. The paper analyzes the zero sequence overvohage in the loop closing operation of distribution network with neutral grounding through arc suppression coil. Additionally, by using ATP software, a distribution network is taken as an example to calculate the resonance overvoltage in the loop closing operation and related influencing factors are discussed. The result shows that the voltage of neutral point may be magnified, and the amplitude is influenced by damping of the system, off tuning degree of the arc suppression coil and asymmetry degree of the line. According to the theoretical analysis and simulation results, several measures to reduce the neutral voltage offset are proposed. The research in this paper provides an important reference for safe operation of distribution network and scientific proper selection of compensation scheme.
