摘 要:湍流模型参数的合理设置是气流场仿真中的要素之一。对于电流零区湍流模型的选择及湍流参数的设置,研究者持有不同的观点。文中针对零区气流场对标准k-epsilon湍流模型参数敏感度大小的问题,基于磁流体动力学原理,以252 k V压气式结构燃弧阶段的动态仿真为基础,计算了电流过零阶段湍流模型参数C1e对气流场的影响偏差百分比。通过特定监测点处气压与温度的对比,分析讨论了引起敏感度数值差异较大的原因。研究表明,湍流模型参数C1e的改变对喷口区域内气体压力的影响较小,对于气体温度的影响相对较大。零区气流场对C1e的敏感度会受到气流场分布的制约,在激波存在的条件下,激波作用会增加湍流对气流场的影响程度,但在工程应用上,参数C1e变化所引起的气流场计算偏差是可以接受的。气流场对C1e敏感度的分析,对于湍流模型参数的设置具有一定的参考价值。Reasonable setting of the turbulence model parameters is one of the key factors in the simulation of gas flow field. Investigators hold different views on the choice of turbulence model and the settings of turbulence model parameters around current zero. In this paper, aiming at the problem of the sensitivity of the turbulence model parameter Clo on the gas flow field around current zero, the differences of the gas flow field caused by the Cle are calculated, based on the magneto-hydro dynamic theory and the arcing simulations under a 252 kV puffer type structure. The reasons of the larger different values are discussed by comparing the gas pressure and the gas temperature at the specified monitoring points. The results show that the influence to the gas pressure within the nozzle area caused by the changes of turbulence parameter Cle is smaller, but that to the gas temperature is larger. The sensitivity of Cle on the gas flow field around current zero is restricted by the distributions of the gas flow field, and the effect of turbulence to the gas flow field is enhanced with the existence of the shockwave. It is acceptable for the calculating differences caused by the parameter Cle from the view of engineering application. The analysis of the sensitivity of Cle on the gas flow field could provide a reference for the setting of the turbulence model parameters.
