摘 要:针对并网风力发电机组性能分析评估中存在大量定性指标、各指标模糊性和随机性并存的问题,提出了基于云重心评判法的并网风电机组性能分析评估模型。首先从技术参数、整体功能、系统可靠性及机组维修性4个层面分析并构建了风电机组性能分析综合评价指标体系。然后将各指标值转化为云模型并确定各个指标的权重值。最后计算出修正的加权偏离度,将其输入定性评判云发生器得到风电机组性能评估结果。运用所提方法对某型风力发电机组性能进行分析,并与模糊综合评判法进行比较,验证了该模型的优越性和有效性。Considering the fact that there are many qualitative indexes in performance analysis and evaluation of a grid-connected wind power generation system and each index is random and fuzzy, a performance analysis model of grid-connected wind turbine generator system is established based on membership cloud gravity center. The comprehensive evaluation index system of performance analysis for a grid-connected wind power generation system is analyzed and constructed with respect to four aspects, i.e. technical parameters, overall function, system reliability, and maintainability. Then, the values of the evaluation indexes are transformed to cloud model, and the weight of each index is determined. Finally, the modified weighted deviation degree is calculated and put into the qualitative judgement cloud generator to obtain performance evaluation result of the wind power generation system. The proposed method is employed to analyzed the performance conditions of a certain wind power generation unit, and is compared with the conventional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to verify the superiority and effectiveness of the proposed model.
