自制清热止咳糖浆治疗小儿风热犯肺型咳嗽30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自制清热止咳糖浆治疗小儿风热犯肺型咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将60例风热犯肺型咳嗽患儿随机分为2组,每组30例。治疗组口服清热止咳糖浆,对照组口服复方福尔可定口服液,5 d为1个疗程。1个疗程后比较2组治疗前后主症(咳嗽、咳痰、发热及肺部听诊)、次症(鼻塞流涕、咽部充血、舌质红、舌苔黄及脉数或指纹紫)积分的变化及临床疗效。结果 2组总体疗效经独立样本秩和检验比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后主症、次症积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清热止咳糖浆治疗小儿风热犯肺型咳嗽可以有效改善临床症状,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinic effect of hospital-made Qingre Zhike Tangjiang in the treatment of pediatric cough caused by wind and heat invading the lung. Methods 60 cases of coughing children caused by wind and heat invading the lung were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. Treatment group was given Qingre Zhike Tangjiang, control group was given compound pholcodine Oral Solution, 5 days for a course of treatment. After a course of treatment, the main symptoms （cough, sputum, fever and lung auscultation）, se- condary symptoms （nasal congestion, runny nose, throat congestion, red tongue, yellow tongue coating and pulse or fingerprint color） score were analyzed. Results The overall effect including the main and secondary symptoms of treatment group was better than that of control group by the Wilcoxon rank sum test （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qingre Zhike Tangjiang in treating children＇ s cough caused by wind and heat invading the lung can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, with distinct effect, worthy of clinical application.
