中药煮散剂治疗小儿脾虚型厌食症40例

摘　　要：目的观察中药煮散剂治疗小儿脾虚型厌食症的临床疗效。方法选取门诊脾虚型厌食症患儿80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组口服多潘立酮混悬液,治疗组口服中药煮散剂,治疗4周后观察并比较2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组为77.5%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05),表明治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。结论中药煮散剂治疗小儿脾虚型厌食症疗效肯定,且煎煮简单,服用方便。Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine powder in treating infantile anorexia of spleen deficiency. Methods 80 children with anorexia of spleen deficiency were randomly divided into 2 groups, 40 cases in each group. Control group was treated with domperidone suspension, the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine powder. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical effect was analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 97.5% in the treatment group, 77.5% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine powder has good effect in the treatment of infantile anorexia of spleen deficiency syndrome, which is simple to make and easy to take.
