溻渍法治疗婴儿头面部湿疹湿热蕴肤证30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察溻渍法治疗婴儿头面部湿疹湿热蕴肤证的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准和纳入标准的头面部湿疹湿热蕴肤证患儿随机分为2组,各30例。对照组以温水洗浴患处,治疗组采用中药水煎取汁洗浴,1次/d,2周后观察2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为100.0%,对照组为90.0%,2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中药溻渍法治疗婴儿头面部湿疹湿热蕴肤证疗效确切,值得临床推广运用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of hydrotherapeutics in treating infantile head and facial eczema with damp and hot accumulated skin card. Methods 60 cases of head and facial eczema children with damp and hot accumulated skin card were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with warm water bath to the affected part, the treatment group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine soup bath, 1 time/d. The clinical effect was analyzed after 2 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group, 90% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine soup hydrotherapeutics has good effect in treating infantile head and facial eczema with damp and hot accumulated skin card, is worthy of clinical application.
