摘　　要：DH_(32-43)是尾叶桉×巨桉的杂交桉无性系,适宜华南地区种植并作为林木良种进行推广造林。本文总结了DH_(32-43)无性系的组培繁殖技术和良种高效栽培技术,包括组培扩繁、轻型基质移栽管理、造林地选择、整地方式、施肥配方、合理造林密度等,为新无性系推广与高产栽培提供科学依据。The clone DH_（32-43）, bred by Guangxi Dongmen Forest Farm in southern China, is an improved hybrid eucalypt clonal variety（Eucalyptus urophylla × E. grandis）, which passed provincial identification by Guangxi Improved Forestry Varieties Approving Committee in December 2012. This paper summarizes techniques for tissue culture reproduction and effective cultivation including nursery management of tissue culture transplants in light growing media, selection of afforestation land, method of soil preparation, formula of fertilization and density of plantation. This information will provide a scientific basis for further research on new clone promotion and high-yield cultivation.
