对中国建设天、空、地一体化信息网络的几点认识

摘　　要：认为陆地信息系统已无法满足信息化社会及国防信息化广域覆盖与多类信息融合共享的需求,建立空间信息基础设施是未来信息网络的发展需求。针对中国建设天、空、地一体化信息网络的原因、网络架构、技术难点、演示验证等,提出了中国建立天、空、地一体化信息网络探索性的认识,以及对其实施过程中于陆地信息设施不同的技术难点的看法。The terrestrial information system is unable to ful y meet the requirement for wide coverage and multi-class information fusion of information-based society and national defense ,and the establishment of space information infrastructure is the development needs of the future information network. In this paper, aiming at the reasons, network architecture, technical difficulties and demonstration of the construction of space/sky/terrestrial integrated information network in China, we propose some considerations about the construction of network and some views about technical difficulties which are different from land information facilities.
