摘　　要：目的：观察NK4基因对非霍奇金淋巴瘤细胞Raji增殖能力的影响。方法通过质粒转染的方法在Raji细胞中过表达NK4基因，采用MTT实验、细胞周期分析检测Raji细胞生物学行为的变化。结果过表达NK4的Raji细胞的生长速度明显下降，细胞G0／G1期比例、S期比例下降，G2／M期比例升高，细胞阻滞于G2／M期，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论 NK4基因可能在非霍奇金淋巴瘤的发生发展中起重要作用，可能成为非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床治疗的靶点。Objective To explore the effects of NK 4 gene on the proliferation of non -Hodgkin lymphoma Raji cells.Methods NK4 gene was over-expressed in Raji cells through transfection .The biological changes in Raji cells were determined by MTT assay and cell cycle analysis .Results After over-expression of NK4, the growth of Raji cells were significantly decreased.The cell cycle was arrested at G2/M phase （P〈0.05）.Conclusion NK4 gene may play an important role in the development of non -Hodgkin lymphoma , which may become a target for molecular diagnosis and targeted therapy .
