脑瘫高危儿早期实行多元化护理对体格智能发育的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨早期实行多元化护理对脑瘫高危儿体格智能发育的影响。方法选取在我院就诊的脑瘫高危儿82例，随机分为观察组和对照组各41例，对照组患儿给予常规护理，观察组患儿在此基础上早期实行多元化护理干预，于护理后12个月比较2组患儿的DQ（ daring intelligence quotient ）评分，采用运动发育指数（ PDI）、智力发育指数（ MDI）对2组患儿的临床效果进行评价。结果经过12个月的护理后，观察组DQ评分提高幅度较对照组更为明显（P＜0．05），PDI及MDI评分均较对照组有显著提高（P＜0．05）。结论对脑瘫高危儿早期实行多元化护理可以显著改善患儿的智力和运动功能。Objective To investigate the effects of early diversified nursing care on the physical and intelligent de -velopment of infants at a high risk of cerebral palsy .Methods A total of 82 infants who were admitted into our hospital due to a high risk of cerebral palsy were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group （n=41）.Both groups were given routine nursing care , while the observation group was additionally provided with early diversified nurs-ing intervention .After 12 months of nursing care , the two groups were compared for the Daring Intelligence Quotient （ DQ） scores, and their clinical efficacy were assessed using the physical development index （ PDI） and mental develop-ment index （ MDI） .Results After 12 months of nursing care , the observation group produced remarkably increased DQ, MDI and PDI scores than the control （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Early diversified nursing care can markedly im-prove the physical and intelligent development of infants at high risk of cerebral palsy .
