摘 要:通过扫描电镜(SEM)和辉光放电光发射光谱仪(GDOES)研究了退火温度和保温时间对高强IF钢氧化层的影响。结果表明:退火后,高强IF钢氧化层表面以锰和硼的氧化物为主,磷的氧化物也富集在氧化层表面,铝的氧化物主要在氧化层内部;随着退火温度的升高和保温时间的延长,氧化层表面上锰的氧化物增加,硼的氧化物减少,磷在表面的富集程度加大,铝的氧化物在钢基体内部和氧化层中均有生成。Effects of annealing temperature and holding time on the oxide scale of high strength IF steel were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and glow discharge optical emission spectroscopy (GDOES). The results show that the surface of oxide scale of high strength IF steel after annealing was mainly composed of Mn and B oxides. P oxides were enriched in the surface of oxide scale, A1 oxides were mainly formed in the inside of oxides scale. With the increase of annealing temperature and holding time, Mn oxide increased but B oxide decreased in the surface of oxide scale, the enrichment of P increased, A1 oxide generated in both the steel substrate and the oxide scale.
